Contact support by email
Send a specific subject and a short description to support@printhook.io. You do not need an active console session to email us. Reply in the same email thread with updates so the context stays together.
Include evidence that helps
State what you expected, what happened, when it happened with a time zone, and whether it can be repeated. Include your account ID and relevant computer, printer, job, event, or webhook delivery IDs. For printing problems, include the operating system and agent version, whether the computer is connected, and whether the printer works outside PrintHook.
For an agent problem, follow troubleshooting and diagnostics. Start with a short, redacted error excerpt and record when you collected it. Review any diagnostics bundle before sharing it. Ask support how to transfer a file safely rather than sending a full bundle or print document unsolicited.
Protect private information
Never send passwords, API keys, computer keys, authenticator secrets, recovery codes, invitation tokens, webhook signing secrets, card data, or sensitive print content. Redact credentials and personal or customer information from logs and screenshots. Automated redaction is not a substitute for reviewing a file.
Check the recipient and everyone copied on your email. Share only the minimum information needed to investigate. If account access is involved, support may need to verify your authority; an email alone does not bypass account security or two-step verification.
For account access questions, read account and security. For trial usage, read billing and trial.
